What is an Early Payout?

You can find more information about Early Payouts via the Early Payout Information page.

What is a Double Win (DW)?

You can find more information about Double Win via the Early Payout Information page.

What is a Triple Win (TW)?

You can find more information about Triple Win via the Early Payout Information page.

Can you explain what "Conceded" means?

As we track a team's EP and DW Totals, we also track a team's EP Conceded and DW Conceded Totals. These stats signify how often a team gives up an EP or DW.

These stats can help the user formulate strategies on which team may have higher chances of giving up an EP or DW.

What is the meaning of each icon on the Match?

There are a few icons that will appear on the Match Card based on an event that was triggered during the game. Below is a list of the icons and their meaning.

1Team's EP Rank — The team's Early Payout rank by total. Higher rank is good. Lower rank is bad.
1Team's EP Conceded Rank — The team's Early Payout Conceded rank by total. Lower rank is good. Higher rank is bad.
Favorite — Team is favored to win the game via the sportsbook odds
Early Payout (EP) — Team has reached a lead that triggers an Early Payout
Double Win (DW) — Game resulted in a Double Win or a game has a "Possible DW"
Triple Win (TW) — Game resulted in a Triple Win or a game has a "Possible TW"
Potential Hedge — When a team that conceded an EP closes the gap, ties the game, or takes the lead, this may be an optimal time to hedge
Close to EP — A team is getting close to the Early Payout threshold

What is hedging your bets?

Hedging your bets is a strategy used to reduce risk or lock in a guaranteed outcome by placing an additional bet on a different outcome of the same event. Rather than relying on a single result, hedging allows you to manage exposure and balance potential winnings as a game progresses.

Hedging is commonly used in live betting, especially when odds shift significantly or when a bet has already gained value due to game flow. While hedging can limit maximum profit, it can also reduce losses or secure a partial or full return depending on the situation.

Basketball Example (Moneyline with American Odds)

Suppose you place a pre-game bet on the Toronto Raptors' ML at +150 vs the Golden State Warriors in a basketball game. As the game unfolds, the Raptors build a strong lead and the live odds shift in their favor.

At this point, you may choose to hedge by placing a live bet on the Warriors' ML at -200. By having bets on both teams, you reduce your overall risk. If the Raptors hold on to win, your original +150 bet pays out. If the Warriors come back to win, your hedge bet helps offset or cover the loss from your initial wager.

Hedging decisions depend on odds, stake size, and risk tolerance. The goal is not always to maximize profit, but to manage uncertainty and create more controlled betting outcomes.

Note: Hedging does not guarantee profit and may result in reduced returns. All examples are for educational purposes only and do not represent betting advice.

Where are you getting your data?

All data displayed on this site is retrieved from the ESPN API, which provides live scores, game status updates, and relevant match information across multiple sports and leagues.

While we strive to keep data as accurate and up to date as possible, there may be occasional delays or discrepancies due to data refresh intervals, game feed updates, or changes made by the data provider.

For official results, payouts, and betting outcomes, always refer directly to your sportsbook.

How often do you update Live Match data?

Live data is updated approximately every 2 minutes. The site will refresh approximately every 5 minutes. If you want to see live data faster, refresh the browser.

In the League Statistics page, what does each column mean?

PPG/GPG/RPG OppPoints, Goals, or Runs Per Game the Opponent scored
EPTotal and Percentage of games this team had an Early Payout

I see you list the EP thresholds for College Basketball and Football on the sportsbooks page but I don't see any data?

It would be amazing to show stats and game data for College Basketball (NCAAB) and College Football (NCAAF). However, there are way too many games to track and the ESPN API only provided a small sample set of teams (Top teams). It would not be efficient and effective.

I wanted to show the Early Payout threshold values for these two leagues so that the user is aware that there are sportsbooks out there that offer EP for these leagues and at what value.
